Louella Gould will be sharing with us again this year as she brings “Secrets of the Heart”, inspiring attention to the soul and the sacred in preparation for our holiday celebrations.

About the speaker

Louella Gould is a Speaker, Vocalist, Missionary-at-Large with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada, Author of A Stone Heart Softens - Principles for Prolonged Prodigal Trauma. In all of these she has been described by others as authentic, relevant, and inspiring.

A musician with the Associateship in Music, she has appeared professionally with a variety of orchestras, choral organizations and opera companies (including Opera Hamilton, Mississauga Opera Society; Opera in Concert, St. Lawrence Center). In 2008 she was guest contralto soloist for the Bangkok Combined Choirs three productions of Handel’s Messiah. Solo concerts (2009-11) have featured her unique testimony as well as seasonal holiday specials.

Well-travelled (over fifty countries), Louella also resided in Bangkok, Thailand (1996-2004) and more recently in Warsaw, Poland (2010). Her degree in Biblical Studies and her training in counseling through Psychiatric Nursing studies and associated courses have equipped her to teach, train and disciple others in principles relating to life issues and spiritual pursuits. Her heart for others along with her international experiences has given Louella an ability to relate to a broad range of people from diversified backgrounds and lifestyles.

Louella is married to Robert Gould. They have three children and seven grandchildren. She also takes pleasure in studying ancient history, is an art lover, and an ardent Bluejays baseball fan!
